Course goals: The course outlines the basic questions and concepts of Human resource management and places emphasis on the functions of it. During the semester students will understand the complexity of HRM and its role in the organization. Through seminar work, students will also be able to gain skills in basic problem solving related to some HRM areas. |

Course content , topics: Theoretical and practical knowledge about the HRM models and the most important HRM functions (strategy, labour force planning, job analysis and planning, recruitment, selection, hiring, reward management, performance management, development, HR policies). |

Learning methods: Lectures are responsible for transferring theoretical knowledge. Seminars are there to interactively discuss these topics as well as to solve problems related to them in teams or individually (case studies, specific methods or techniques etc.). |

Assessment Written examination test: 100%. |
